Struggle to switch off? Not sure how to stop the to do list? You are not alone.  We all live such stimulated lives where our minds rarely gets to switch off, so we need to create this space to do so. I'm here to share this practice with you, unplug and check in with your mind and body.

Hey, I'm Beth aka Bet!

You will most likely find me practicing outside in nature whenever possible and if not creating a nook with greenery nearby to practice. I'm a yoga teacher with a passion for prioritising our wellness. After suffering with work burnout myself, I want to help people create space to calm the mind. Yoga was a key tool I used to ground myself and led me to sharing this practice with others. It is a practice that is accessible to all once you know how. 

Through my classes we will move the body, focus on our breath and ultimately calm our minds. I teach both gentle and energising classes but always with the focus on our breath and tapping into a conversation with the body. This is our own internal guide to how we are actually feeling.
